About Andrew

I am a teacher, educator, administrator, husband, father, and aspiring public servant. Currently, I work as the TRIO Student Support Services Program Coordinator at Siena Heights University. TRIO SSS is a federally funded grant program that works specifically with first generation, low income, and disabled students - helping them achieve their goals in college and I am passionate about helping these communities gain access to life changing opportunities in higher education. In addition to working for over 15 years in higher education, I also have experience managing a small business (Rad Raptor Comics) right here in Lenawee County and understand the challenges small businesses face in this economy. I also serve on the executive committee of the Lenawee County Democratic Party, as a member of the Congressional District 5 Committee of the Democratic Party, and on the Church Council of the First United Methodist Church of Adrian. I live on the west side of Adrian with my wife and three children.
